As a Logistics Supervisor at Guardian Industries Thailand, I am responsible for the following:

• Managing Export Shipments: Oversee the handling of approximately 180 containers per month for exports to Asia, Europe, and the Middle East.
• Coordination with the Production Team: Work closely with the production team to ensure the proper planning and timely execution of shipments based on production schedules and customer demand.
• Issuing Customs and Commercial Invoices: Issue customs invoices and commercial invoices for team members, ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulations.
• Billing for Export Shipments: Handle the billing for both Guardian Industries companies in Thailand, ensuring all export shipment invoices are processed accurately and on time.
• Processing Supplier Payments and Billing: Process payments and billing for suppliers involved in export activities, ensuring seamless financial operations throughout the supply chain.
• Negotiating with shipliners: Negotiate freight rates and secure space with shipliners for the countries I handle, optimizing shipping costs, and ensuring space availability for timely deliveries.
• Training Truck Drivers: Oversee the training of truck drivers on company safety regulations, ensuring adherence to safety standards for all transport operations.
• Reading Letters of Credit (LCs): Review Letters of Credit (LCs) to ensure that all conditions are met before releasing shipments, minimizing risks in international trade.
• Updating Shipment Tracking: Regularly update shipment tracking on GoComet, providing real-time updates for both companies' export plans, and maintaining effective communication with stakeholders.
• Self-Certification Process: Lead the self-certification process for all Asian customers, ensuring compliance with required certifications and managing the documentation process efficiently.
