1. Market launch & Growth execution
Spearheaded the launch of TikTok PayLater, Thailand’s first embedded BNPL solution for TikTok Shop. Delivered product integration and go-live in under 90 days. Drove rapid adoption and commercial traction for TikTok PayLater, achieving strong user growth and engagement within the first few months of launch.
Developed and executed the go-to-market strategy for BNPL and Personal Loan offerings under the DPL license framework.
Extended the service to Hire Purchase License application process, including financial modeling, market share forecasting, and regulatory alignment.
2. Product & Channel Expansion
Led the planning and development of Kredivo’s consumer app in Thailand, including integration with PromptPay QR aimed at enabling retail BNPL experience on Thailand’s national real-time payment network.
