• Handled on sales and rents revenue target, collecting, cost structure reviewed, maintain relationship and networking.
• Changed the traditional approach from only maintain the existing tenant to proactively sale that brought sale deal for unutilized factory value 17.7 m$ to contract negotiation stage.
• Also involve another construction project which was Thailand King Rama VI monument (2,000 sq.m., 1.4 M$ approx.) as a owner's project manager.

Fully accountable for facility management - soft service part which respond in contract managements, services provider selection, evaluation and service value engineering for budget control.

• 6-8% decreased annually expense while maintain satisfaction.
• Worked closely with internal customers, outsources and contractors to empathize, define and ideate solutions or new initiatives.

Mainly responded in facility management - soft service part which managed facility service provider to serve need and pain of internal customer.

Simultaneously, still had been a construction project management team member on new campus's health center building. (5 stories 4,000 sq.m., 7.1 M$ approx.)

Responed in company's internal contruction project and building renovation management. By gatering needs & pains of the campus and proposed projects to solve with the resonable investment through hand over phase. Most projects were facility supports and office renovations.

• Modified and directed project plans to meet organizational needs.

Took a main role as a company's project coordinator for their new head office building (2 buildings, 74,000 sq.m., 65 M$ approx.) which handled on selection and coordination all design phase, CM and contractor bidding, budget control, schedule control, quality control and move-in phase.

• Consulted with clients to determine functional and spatial requirements of new structure.
• Devised overall strategy for documentation and identified as-built designs.
• Verified construction documentation to meet client requirements and vision.
• Researched zoning laws and building codes to verify conformance with regulatory agencies.
• Evaluated project requirements to identify and mitigate risks.

Another architect role, this small and warmth design studio serve the architectural design to branding and business oriented. They gave chances to handle the projects from customer deal, got requirement, design, site inspection to hand over.

• Created, printed and modified drawings in AutoCAD.
• Coordinated with clients, consultants and contractors during construction bidding.

Took rols as a junior architect for first two year and turn to main architect in third, due to core business of the company is landscape design and construction which mostly are government project. My responsible was small scale (not exceed 700 sq.m.) new & renovated building design, drawing and document providing, contractor coordination and on-site inspection.
