Robinhood Rider Rating & Tip

• Designed and delivered front&backend logic for rider rating, tipping, and post-order settlement processes.
• Collaborated with finance team to implement GL (General Ledger) integration for accurate tip reconciliation.
• Integrated multiple payment gateways (SCB Easy, KPLUS, ShopeePay, TrueMoney) for real-time tip payments.
• Coordinated with operations to build backend portal for agent visibility and tracking.

Robinhood Realtime chat

• Delivered chat platform enabling real-time communication between customer and merchant/rider.
• Defined user interaction flow and aligned logic with order statuses and business rules.
• Worked with developers and QA team to support backend-event triggers and chat updates.

Robinhood Firebase Google Analytics

• Set up Firebase Analytics to track user behavior across key customer journeys.
