- The program Coordinator is responsible for managing and supporting three implementing partners for the successful implementation of health, livelihood, social development, and emergency response in Myanmar
- The Program Coordinator will support the Senior Program Coordinator in tracking the technical assistance strategy, responding to capacity strengthening needs of local implementing partners, monitoring progress and compliance, conducting quality assurance and contributing to evaluation and reporting on the progress of the project
- Support the Senior Program Coordinator to: Review partner's sub grant proposals, budgets, programmatic and financial reports, and grant payment documentation
- Review partner's sub grant activities for compliance with donor's purpose and objectives
- Maintain accurate and complete files of sub grant documentation
- Ensure that the small grants to local CSOs, ethnic service providers, and village-level structures are implemented as per donor's objectives and design
- Provide training and technical guidance to partners and small grants recipients on organization's grants management procedures, financial management processes, and reporting requirements
- Support monthly monitoring of sub grant expenditure against approved work plans and budgets, communicating any areas of variance with suggested corrective actions
