    I led the transformation of the marketing function and brand portfolio, redefining the organization's vision for the future. I rebuilt the marketing team, implemented clear SOPs, tailored briefing and reporting templates, and established rigorous budget management systems. By onboarding and aligning three agencies to execute campaigns seamlessly, I turned a fragmented operation into a high-performing engine, driving efficiency, consistency, and measurable business growth.
  • Kiss Condom Myanmar – Integrated Brand Strategy & Identity Design
    I spearheaded a full-scale rebranding initiative, grounded in audience segmentation to define the brand's core identity. Every element—the brand pillars, manifesto-driven tone, and visual identity—was meticulously designed, resulting in a comprehensive toolkit and brand book to ensure consistent execution across all touchpoints. The project elevated brand perception, built loyalty, and strengthened market positioning.
  • Code For Men Thailand – Digital Activation & Market Penetration
    I developed and executed a creative and digital strategy to penetrate a new market segment: tourists in Bangkok. I created the master key visual and brand tagline “Unlock Men's Secret,” overseeing campaigns across Meta and Google Display Network that achieved 3.8 million impressions—110% above KPI. By managing content production, media planning, and team coordination, I turned a new market challenge into a high-impact success.

It leads the Myanmar market by positioning contraceptives not merely as health products, but as integral to lifestyle and personal enjoyment. By investing in brand-building, DKT makes contraceptives (including condoms and other products) aspirational, relevant, and part of everyday life.

  • Oversee two condom brands, driving marketing strategy through annual goals, budget planning, and partnership building. Provide direction on brand positioning, communication, and campaigns to strengthen market presence and deliver measurable results.
  • Formulating comprehensive and robust marketing strategies covering ATL, BTL, Trade, Merchandising, Event, and Digital domains to transform the perception (Fun/Pleasure) of young Myanmar individuals towards sex and condoms.
  • Successfully conducted a nationwide survey on sexual behavior in a conservative market like Myanmar and launched 3 condom products lines in 3 years.
  • Manage and nurture relationships with key stakeholders, including core retail customers, advertising agencies, venues, and strategic partners.
