• The Officemate project is an eCommerce system for OFM and B2S. My responsibilities include the order management system, promotions, and product creation, covering both Front-End and Back-End. The project operates in an Agile environment, where the BA logs requirements into tasks, which I then use to write test cases and execute both manual and automated tests.
• For automated testing, I use Cypress for Web and Appium for Mobile, though the mobile automation framework is still in its initial stages. In this project, high-priority tasks, such as order placement on the website, are automated first to ensure that the core functionalities remain operational during regression testing.
• I also validate data using MongoDB to select various tables and use Postman for API testing. Any defects encountered are logged as tasks in Jira. We conduct SIT and UAT as part of the testing process. The primary tools used are Microsoft Teams, MongoDB, and Visual Studio Code. The devices used for testing include Web and Mobile.

• The Pi Financial app is a trading application for various stocks, including both domestic and international stocks. The project operates in an Agile environment, organized into sprints. Product Owners (PO) and Business Analysts (BA) gather requirements from customers, which are then documented in Jira.
• The BAs further refine these requirements through grooming sessions with both QA and Developers. I then write test cases based on these refined requirements and execute them. If any defects are found, they are logged in Jira. UX/UI reviews can be conducted using Figma.
• We perform SIT, UAT, and Regression testing, with everything managed through Jira. The primary tools used are Jira and Figma. The devices used for testing include Mobile, Web, and iPad.

• For The 1 App, my responsibilities include back-end testing, specifically focusing on section M and AEM. This involves working with the campaign management system used to create various campaigns within the app. My tasks include writing test cases, executing UAT, and conducting E2E testing, from the initial campaign creation to the application’s redemption page.
• At The 1, we operate using an Agile methodology with a board on Jira, where stories are assigned to us for writing test cases. If we encounter any defects, we log them on Jira and link them to the corresponding story. Additionally, I write automation scripts for the Web section M to create badges or campaigns using the Robot Framework with Selenium2Library.
• The tools I use include Jira and Visual Studio Code. The devices used for testing cover both Mobile and Web.

• Interned at G-Able on the Metropolitan Electricity Authority project, focusing on the website's front end. Responsibilities included preparing data, creating test plans, and working with users.

Third-year intern as a Software Tester.

• Interned at G-Able on the AIS project, focusing on tester support for the AIS application and various promotions, based at the AIS Tower.

• Interned at G-Able on a project called the National Health Security Office (NHSO) 30 Baht Universal Healthcare Scheme. The internship was conducted at the Government Complex.

• Assisting with Inventory Management: Helping to track and organize stock levels, ensuring products are well-stocked and displayed properly.
• Customer Service Support: Providing assistance to customers with their purchases, answering questions, and resolving any issues.
• Cash Handling and Transactions: Learning to operate the cash register, processing payments, and handling cash accurately.
• Store Maintenance: Assisting in keeping the store clean and organized, including tasks like stocking shelves and maintaining a tidy environment.
• Participating in Promotional Activities: Helping to set up in-store promotions, including placing promotional materials and informing customers about ongoing deals.
