During my tenure, I played a pivotal role in positioning CLP as the dominant supplier of printed labels, garments, and related products within South Africa’s retail clothing and bedding sectors, driving substantial growth across key business areas.

I spearheaded and executed strategic business expansion initiatives that led to a significant increase in staff, production capacity, and revenue generation. My leadership was central to the company's successful transition from a local market leader to a recognized player on the African continent. Notably, I led the expansion into cross-continental supply of printed food packaging for major multinational retail partners.

In my role, I took a hands-on approach, overseeing production processes to ensure consistent quality and operational efficiency. I also worked alongside the sales team to guide initiatives aimed at supporting CLP’s growth and ensuring continued success in a competitive market.
