• Greet guests upon interaction with a warm and friendly greeting.
• Lead, train, supervise and evaluate performance of Hotel Room Attendants to ensure all rooms and public areas meet established cleanliness and quality standard.
• Verify and report status and discrepancies of rooms to Hotel Manager and Front Desk Agents.
• Monitor work schedules, lost, and found program, and stockroom.
• Communicate and coordinate with Property Operations to ensure efficient maintenance.
• Respond to special guest requests in a timely, friendly, and efficient manner and ensure overall guest satisfaction.
• Perform House Person and Lobby Attendant Duties when staff shortage during peak period.
• Perform other duties as requested by management.

• Responsible for the daily operation of hotel rooms, including room cleaning, laundry, maintenance, and the general operation.

• Responsible for checking guests in and out of the hotel, greeting and registering the guests when they come in, but also assigning room.

• Responsible for collecting payment from guests and making room reservation over the phone.

• Replenished baht care products in the shower room and restocked beverages and food items in the mini-bar.

• Reported any lost items and maintenance problems to a Room Attendant Supervisor.

• Ensured all assigned rooms were cleaned and tidied by the end of the shift.
