• Develop the product strategies and positioning
• Ensure the company's branding comes across in all media consistently
• Provide leadership in the design and production of all aspects of visual marketing needs
• Use market research tools both qualitative and quantitative to measure market demand and understanding of customer needs and competitive position
• Conduct market analysis to identify customer satisfaction, marketing mix, price elasticity, response to advertisement, sales promotions, and alternative channels and sales systems.
• Working with cross-functional teams (Innovation, R&D) on idea/concept initiation and agree on strategy
• Develop and implement launch plan jointly with cross functional team
• Launch new product and conduct post launch evaluation
