Accountable worked and proven leadership skills at Panasonic Company for more than 20 years. Key role as Cost Management to establish company Cost structure. Financial planning and analysing, preparing P&L statement forecast, product costing to comply with transfer pricing , in-Plan control of Capital expense/Operating expense, on time consolidating Sales amount by customer / country /product category, accurate standard cost setting and leading Cost Busters activities (Cost improvement activities to eliminate unnecessary cost in company) which achieve cost saving 1% of Sales amount every year. Beside of Cost Management, I’m also coordinate with Factory ‘s Management to control of manufacturing’s KPI as manufacturing cost, manufacturing loss cost, production efficiency and inventory level (Material, WIP and FG) and Quality index. I had report to Top management (MD/FD) for decision making.
In particular, Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) implementation project’s Leader both SAP and Oracle which is my achievement in ERP project management methodology and collaborate with related parties (JP,SG,MY). I had control whole project budget and resulted is achieved plan. This project encourages me to understand all operation process in-dept.

  • Restructured SCM organization to be functional base operation to reduce duplicate unnecessary jobs & prevent fraud by centralize all procure items (direct material, indirect material, supply expense and fixed asset) to be request Purchase Requisition by each section, Purchase Order issuing by Purchasing function. Asset receiving by Warehouse function. Account Payable record by Finance function. Improve compliance operation by 3 ways matching of PO/Receive/Invoice.
  • Centralized purchasing process for fixed asset and supply expense ordering from manually Purchase Order to be standard process on ERP (SAP Application). Purchasing can issue accuracy PO and tracking delivery on ERP system.
    Implement MRP (Material Requirement Plan) for Indirect Material (Chemical), Logistics indirect material (pallet, wrapping, returnable box, etc) to be accurately calculate by MRP. Warehouse department can easier tracking for inventory and demand. No shortage on these items.
  • Established End of Life (EOL) Material control system to reduce loss from material, work in process, finished goods obsolete by collaborate among Planning, Purchasing, Sales and Engineer to set up communication process. Material disposal are reduced as result of this process.
  • Improved Cashflow by reviewed & extended payment lead time of suppliers.
