• Integrated 4 ERP systems (Glovia,SAP,Oracle and Galileo) to be One SAP. Smoothly Go-Live on Nov-2020 for module SD,FI,CO and MM.Planned to reduce loss THB 147m in 5 years.
• Restructured SCM organization to be functional base operation to reduce duplicate unnecessary jobs & prevent fraud by centralize all procure items (direct material, indirect material, supply expense and fixed asset) to be request Purchase Requisition by each section, Purchase Order issuing by Purchasing function. Asset receiving by Warehouse function. Account Payable record by Finance function. Improve compliance operation by 3 ways matching of PO/Receive/Invoice.
• Centralized purchasing process for fixed asset and supply expense ordering from manually Purchase Order to be standard process on ERP (SAP Application). Purchasing can issue accuracy PO and tracking delivery on ERP system.
  Implement MRP (Material Requirement Plan) for Indirect Material (Chemical), Logistics indirect material (pallet, wrapping, returnable box, etc) to be accurately calculate by MRP. Warehouse department can easier tracking for inventory and demand. No shortage on these items.
• Established End of Life (EOL) Material control system to reduce loss from material, work in process, finished goods obsolete by collaborate among Planning, Purchasing, Sales and Engineer to set up communication process. Material disposal are reduced as result of this process.
• Improved Cashflow by reviewed & extended payment lead time of suppliers.

• Established Product Life Cycle Management system (PLCM) which automatic generate Profit & Loss by model use for price set up / Quarterly price change and report to Top management for new model price’s decision.
• Managed standard cost stipulation yearly. (Material cost, manufacturing cost, direct selling cost and administration cost) Controlled actual cost and analyzed cost variance. Accuracy Standard rate are effect for model pricing correctly.
• Analyzed monthly and yearly budget (Material cost, Manpower cost, Operating Expense and Capital Expense). Collaborated with >30 sections consolidate to company budget. Variance analysis with budget and action to achieve company Business Plan and Midterm Plan. Including analyzed root cause and countermeasure from each department.
• Forecasted monthly / quarterly / yearly Profit and Loss statement. Controlled Marginal Profit by product category, by Customer and analyzed each product improvement then feedback to each section for action.
• Project leader of Cost Buster activities to reduce and eliminate overall company unnecessary cost achieve.
• Lead business innovation project to be effective operations (Procurement operation, Material control operation, Sales operation, and Financial operation).
• Set up IT policy and roadmap to support Manufacturing & Administration operations.
