• Coordinate with properties or hotels in Thailand and other countries that have contracts with Agoda to sell their rooms online. This includes managing the registration process, addressing payment issues, handling photo and video content, updating star ratings, managing authorized users or granting access, setting up YCS promotions to boost bookings, configuring rate plans and room setups, managing cancellations, overseeing the SmartFlex program, monitoring property status, updating property policies or announcements, improving review and content scores, and managing rates and allotments, among other tasks.
• Coordinating between the customer, the hotel and suppliers whom has contract with Agoda to expand travelling business in hotel industry.
• Resolving an issue for the customer with their bookings to make sure their stay is going to be pleasant and joyful.
• Answering the phone calls, providing the product's information and resolving the issues for the customer to get back streaming the movies on application
• Checking the guests in and out of their rooms, answering any phone calls, checking emails, booking the room for the guests, checking the rooms after the maids finished cleaning
• Ordering Grab for the guests after checking out
• Checking the guests in and out of their rooms, answering any questions, recommending activities and restaurants to guests, doing the refund for early checking-out long stay guests, answering any phone calls and doing the Tax Invoices
