- Monitor and records truck utilization and driver’s working hours

- Manage truck utilization for support requirement from customers

- Create daily, weekly and Monthly reports to follow up customer requirements

- Leading the cost saving project

- Coordinate with Factory of customer and warehouse for in-outbound truck booking

- Investigate and respond to any customers’ enquiries

- Monitor and report on the subcontractors’ performance

- Create and check billing report sent to Financial by Monthly

- Training new driver before starting following requirements from customers

- Responsible for day-to-day operation and truck plan for Big C

- Responsible for truck booking both owned truck and subcontractors for Big C

- Back haul controlling and monitoring for Big C

- Ensure that all transport processes are aligned with warehouse operation and schedule.

- Investigate and respond to any customers’ enquiries

- Monitor and report on the subcontractors’ performance

- Prepare and monitor truck plan and routing to comply with store receiving windows and optimize truck utilization.
