Billing & Payment : Follow up to customer payments when payment is due and send information and evidence transaction to the AR team , Prepare documents and billing to customers, Coordinate with customer to renew bank guarantee.
Complete all Sales Order from start to end which is included order release. Key in Order to System. Check Price & Request Special Price. Check Stock & Marketing Promotion.
Support Key account Customer (Big C), Handle and Key in Order in to System and prepare invoices. Coordinator with 3PL. Follow up Delivery issue & product returns, Monitor stock. Keep track and review monthly shipment cost.
Provide data (Customer, product, vendor) for data input in SMS / SAP system, Assist Sales person to prepare quotation to customer, Coordinate and co-operate between Sales & back office Staffs.
