  • Accountable for conducting and utilizing market research, analytics and business intelligence in close alignment with the needs of the business unit such as Brand Equity study, Market landscape, Market potential, Omnichannel Engagement Effectiveness etc
  • Provide insightful information to support brand strategies and tactics from prelaunch, launch and post launch.

Medical Compliance (MAP LEAD)

  • Improve satisfaction and patient adherence in patient support program by developing value added services
  • Work closely with PV approvers to oversight market research and patient support program activities in Thailand and Myanmar to meet medical compliance requirement
  • Support commercial teams when conducting market research survey to ensure medical compliance process
  • Escalate of classification issues that cannot be solved by the PV Approvers
