• As a deputy Manager in International Wholesale Department (International messaging service), managed international A2P, P2P, and P2A messaging quality for MPT mobile network end users. Organized weekly meetings with international SMS vendors (Orange International Carriers, China Mobile International, Mitto AG) to discuss service reports, resolve issues, monitor SMS traffic, and review financial records.
• Monitored daily SMS records via web portal, addressing issues like fraud, SPAM, and undefined content by coordinating with IT-VAS, billing, and finance teams. Negotiated and secured commercial deals with potential SMS vendors, focusing on service quality and company profitability.
• Analyzed market prices, retail rates, and price margins to ensure the best SMS service delivery. Managed financial procedures including invoices, billing reports, and revenue/expense confirmation with partners.
• Facilitated opportunities for new vendors by launching RFPs (Request For Proposal), open tenders, and single-source initiatives for annual cooperation. Prepared contracts in collaboration with MPT's legal and procurement departments, including PRDs, POs, RFPs, RFIs, SOFs, NDAs, and contract renewals.
• Arranged weekly meetings with key customers to review project progress, gather insights, and address internal requirements for negotiation and support. Acquired knowledge of IT solutions, products, and integration services to deliver satisfactory customer service.
• Developed standardized solution portfolios for customers using Huawei services and products. Engaged with MNO companies (MPT and Telenor) to secure projects related to CBS version upgrades, Gauss Database, server and storage upgrades, device replacements, database expansions, HDP replacements, ATAE 3.0, and CBS storage expansions.
• Manage Huawei solutions and customers’ needs to secure purchase orders and drive Huawei's benefits.Setand achieved monthly, quarterly, and yearly KPIs for assigned projects. Coordinated effectively with supervisors and juniors to strategize project execution from start to finish.
• Worked as Convergent Billing System Specialist, Myanmar Ooredoo (Now: U9) Project by analyzing new packages which include voice, data, SMS and roaming services and configured change requests to active the packages for the Ooredoo (Now: U9) end users to access the services. Discussed the service requests and modification with CBS team and Ooredoo (Now: U9) customers to ensure solving the issues in timely manners.
• Conducted thorough impact assessments to evaluate potential effects of new products and change requests on existing systems. Configured server settings to accommodate these changes, ensuring compatibility and optimal performance prior to production launch.
• Performed comprehensive server testing to identify and resolve issues before they could affect live operations. Coordinated closely with customers to communicate potential risks and implement mitigation strategies, ensuring a smooth transition to production.
• Led post-launch UAT to confirm the accuracy and functionality of new configurations. Utilized Call Detail Records (CDRs) to verify the final outcomes, ensuring that all changes met customer requirements and operated as intended.
