• Lead the MEL unit of WE4F S/SE Asia Regional Innovation Hub (RIH) in implementing RIH's operational MEL plan, which is designed to track and assess activities and interventions, as well as report their impacts in support of program management and learning; and coordinate any updates in collaboration with USAID and the WE4F Secretariat.

• Liaise between AAPTIP and National Program Steering Committee (NPSC), including establishment and maintenance of excellent working relationships based on mutual accountability and respect.
• Ensure excellent two-way communication between AAPTIP regional advisers, NPSC members and other national stakeholders to ensure mutual understanding and clear common objectives to achieve program results.
• Keep abreast with national developments in the Trafficking in Persons (TIP) sector.
