The Clean Fuel Project of Thai Oil Public Company Limited, an oil refinery in Sriracha, Chonburi, Thailand is designed to transform the existing oil refinery to produce better, cleaner and more environmentally friendly transportation fuels. The project will also increase the refinery’s production capacity from 275,000 barrels per day (“bpd”) to 400,000 bpd.

- Conduct Daily Meeting with Civil Sub-contractor and discuss any problem occurred on site and ensure the project schedule are not delayed.

- Coordinate with the Fabrication and ensure the deliveries of pile are in order of what combination of Pile needed on site.

- In-charge in all Civil works activities from Pile Driving, Excavation, Rebar, Formworks and Concreting casting process

- Conduct Weekly Meeting to all Sub Contractors (Civil Contractor) and discuss Interface and problem occurred within the site.

- Preparation and application of work permits inside existing Refinery plant.

- Coordinate with Project Engineer (Owner) and Consultancies seeking solution to problems that are encountered as construction progress

- Hold a coordination meeting with related other discipline supervisors such as Mechanical / Piping / Instrumentation/ Electrical &commissioning mainly for schedule coordination.

- Receive the Safety Section's instruction and control Civil Subcontractor's actual work to meet the safety requirement.

- Enhanced safety measures by implementing rigorous site inspections and risk assessments.

- Reduced risks by reviewing permits process to comply with regulations.

- Played a pivotal role in resolving conflicts between different parties involved in construction projects, ensuring that work continued smoothly and according to plan.

- Visited project sites during construction to monitor progress and consult with contractors and on-site engineers.

BPAT 2 & 3 Combined Cycle Cogeneration Power Plant Project.

The project is a 240 MW CCCP Power Plant located at Sing Industrials Eatate Angthong Province, Thailand. TPSC’s contract is (EPC) Engineering, Procurement and Construction of 240 MW. Works includes Powerhouse Building. Balance of Plant Buildings (BOP) such as Central Control Building (Switchgear Room, Electronic (DCS) Room, Cable Cellar etc.), Black Start Building, Diesel Oil Station, Emergency DG House, Air Compressor House, Water Supply and Waste Water System, Fire Fighting Systems, Fuel System (Gas Station) and Other Auxilialary Building.

- In charge and manage Pile Driving activities, such as Equipment Schedule, Manpower Schedule (4 Site Engineers under my Supervision)

- Attend Weekly meeting with Client and Consultant, discuss progress report, schedule and problem (if any)

- Coordinate with SIEMENS Technical Adviser for inspection and confirm all embedded item, Box out etc. are in accordance with SIEMENS Civil Guide Drawing before concreting.

- Review Technical Specification of Material (for civil only) submitted by civil contractor if it is in accordance with contract specification, for Owner/Consultant approval

- Evaluate Sub contractor weekly progress billing and prepare Recommendation for Payment to our main office for payment.

- Review drawings, method of statement, Inspection Test Procedure (ITP) and ensure to implement on site.

- Monitor the actual Civil works accomplishment and checked if it will cope with the target schedule, assist Civil Contractor if any delay in schedule and give resolution to improve delay

- Attend interface meeting with all sub-contractor (Civil, M& E Contractors etc.) and ensure that Division of Works (DOW) implemented accordingly.

- Supervision, monitoring & inspection Bored pile and PC Driving operation on shore.

- Area supervision, monitoring & inspection the sub-contractor to construction of concrete foundations for Boiler Structures, Stream Turbine Generator, ESP Structure, FGD Electrical Building, Substation Building, Coal Conveyor Handling Systems.

- Attend the civil construction meeting with client (EGAT) as well as meeting with Civil Subcontractor.

- Resolving any unexpected technical difficulties and other problems that incurred site inspections.

- Coordinate among subcontractors including inter-discipline within organization in order to solve technical Hold a coordination meeting with related other discipline supervisors such as Mechanical / Piping / discrepancies instrumentation/ Electrical &commissioning mainly for schedule coordination.

Khao Kor Wind Farm Power Plant.

- Area supervision, monitoring & inspection the subcontractors to construction of concrete foundations for Wind Turbine Generator Foundations, 22/115 KV. Substation Building, Transmission Tower Route Line, Maintenance Building, Crane Hardstands and Access Road/Temporary Access Road.

- Day-to-day management of the site, including supervising and monitoring the site labour force and the work of any subcontractors.

- Provide verbal or written project status reports to project team, Managements, subcontractors or customers.

- Reviews civil engineering or construction technical documentation to ensure to compliance with applicable government, industrial codes, standards and project specifications

- Investigation Site Access Roads to facilitate Turbine component Transportation.

- Analyze survey reports, maps and other data to plan projects.

- Support and maintain Geotechnical and Site Survey/Topographical specification including the interpretation of results and specification of foundation designs and provide basic engineering solutions.

- Testing building materials such as concrete, asphalt, steel used for particular project also be responsible for calibrating and test measurement equipment for on-site or lab testing of materials used in the field.

- Hold a coordination meeting with related other discipline engineer such as Mechanical / Instrumentation/ Electrical & GE Technical Supply Advisor mainly for schedule

IRPC CHP II SPP Combined Heat & Power Plant.

- Area supervision, monitoring & inspection the sub-contractor to construction of concrete foundations for Turbine Generator Foundations, Gas & Stream Turbine Buildings, Main Control Building, 115 KV Substation Building etc.

- Determine acceptance of engineering criteria.

- Clarification conflict of engineering, specification and drawings.

- Coordinate among subcontractors including inter-discipline within organization in order to solve technical discrepancies.

- Analysis change orders and evaluate to match with actual work performed by Contractors.

- Coordinate and report with site construction manager according to project organization.

- Coordinate and supervise the QA/QC activities and meeting in accordance with project standards.

- Attend the civil construction meeting with client as well as meeting with Civil Subcontractor.

- Receive the Safety Section's instruction and control Civil Subcontractor's actual work to meet the safety requirement.

- Consistently met client expectations for quality, adhering to industry standards and best practices in civil engineering design.

- Checked technical designs and drawings for adherence to standards.

• Mae Moh Power Plant Project

GHECO-One Power Plant 660MW coal fired power project.

The project is a 660 MW Coal Fired Power Plant located at Map Ta Phut Industrials Estate Rayong Province, Thailand. The scope of works is Civil works only which includes the construction TG Foundation, Boiler Foundation, Cooling Tower, Coal Yard with Tunnel, Crushed Room, Electronic Precipitator EP Foundation, Smoke Stack (150m) Foundation, PLC Control Room, Sludge Tunnel, Limestone House, Coal Conveyor Foundation, Demineralized Tank, Fly Ash Silo Foundation, Water Supply and Water Treatment System, and Road work

- In-charge in all Civil works activities from Pile Driving, Excavation, Rebar’s and Formworks, waterproofing and finishing.

- Conduct Weekly Meeting to all Sub Contractors (Civil contractor) and discuss Interface and problem occurred within the site.
- Coordinate and Ensure all material needed are already ordered to avoid any delay
- Attend Weekly Meeting together with Owners and Project Consultant; discuss progress report and any problem during construction.
- Monitor project accomplishment and checked if it is in line with Project Schedule

BLCP Power Plant Project (2x717 MW Cold Fired Power Plant)

- Area supervision and inspection in Waste Water Treatment Plant area. Concrete structure for Waste Water Treatment Plant Building, Raw Water Reservoir, Regular & Irregular Waste Water, Clarifier Unit, Sludge Thickener Unit, Neutralization Pit, Equipment foundations, Miscellaneous foundation, Paving work, Remaining/Finality of Steel Structure and wall cladding work.
