• Designed and architected the conversational flow for a mental health support chatbot, collaborating with engineers and psychologists from the Chulalongkorn University Engineering & Medical Team to manage emergency cases involving severe mental health issues.
• Engineered and optimized prompt designs using Cooper Architecture to execute agentic workflows effectively, ensuring seamless and context-aware interactions.
• Integrated DMIND, a mental health evaluation and support system, enables the chatbot to actively listen, assess users' mental well-being, and provide structured psychological assistance.
• Developed and fine-tuned AI-driven response mechanisms to enhance the chatbot’s ability to engage empathetically, recognize crisis situations, and escalate cases when necessary.

CloudCost Optimization Project | Spearhead

• Designed and implemented a robust data pipeline to extract and store CPU, RAM, and disk utilization metrics from AWS CloudWatch into PostgreSQL (pgAdmin4), ensuring efficient data management and retrieval.
• Developed an automated workflow using Apache Airflow to streamline system monitoring, enabling real-time insights, and proactive resource optimization.
• Built interactive dashboards in Apache Superset to visualize resource utilization trends, facilitating data-driven decision-making for cloud cost optimization.
• Applied advanced time series forecasting models, including ARIMA and TBATS, to predict future cloud costs, enhancing financial planning and cost efficiency.
