More than 25 years of working experience, of which 24 years are directly with retail & wholesale business and in the last 7 years, the focus has been on E-Commerce and Omni-channel in the leading retail companies; Tesco Lotus & The Mall Group.


My key experiences are categorized as follows:

  • E-Commerce: collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders (Store Operations, Order Fulfillment, Inventory, Digital Marketing and I.T.) to assist in all aspects of the E-commerce business including with the development and management of the user experience of the online direct sales business including site navigation, service information, development, checkout funnel, promotional campaigns, omni-channel fulfillment, and 3rd parties logistics.
  • Retails/Wholesales: across function from Project management, IT Implementation, Marketing (Trade Planning, Promotions & Events), Commercial and Operation e.g. new WMS Project for DC; new Makro business systems (Oracle), Operating Model/Process Improvement, and Loyalty program.

  • Warehouse Management System at Wangnoi Fulfillment Center (2003-2005)
