1. During production on the productional line, a significant number of products were found to have functional abnormalities. Upon analyzing these products to understand the issues, identical failure mode experiments were conducted based on the identified failures. Effective temporary countermeasures were implemented, and permanent solutions were devised according to the analysis results. The effectiveness of these permanent solutions is being monitored to ensure effective improvement.

2. Assign tasks to manufacturing engineering and RMA personnel, providing timely guidance and skill support. Track case progress, and if RMA analysis results are related to the production line, inform production line personnel to understand the situation.

3. Operating X-ray machines, power supplies, microscopes, oscilloscopes, heat guns, soldering irons, infrared rework stations, BGA reballing equipment, etc., for analysis and usage purposes.

4. Customers present issues to the Quality Assurance department, and relevant personnel collaborate to discuss solutions and proposals.

5. Verification and arrangement of testing and inspection tools before the introduction of new models.

6.Observe where the team's capabilities are lacking and use company resources to make up for them

7.Evaluated employee skills and knowledge regularly, training, and mentoring individuals with lagging skills.

1.Abnormal handling situation: During the production process, abnormalities in PCBA functionality were identified. I can independently address 90% of these abnormal issues.
2. Abnormal analysis method: I can independently operate analysis equipment such as power supplies, oscilloscopes, heat guns, soldering irons, infrared rework stations, etc., for abnormal analysis. After identifying abnormalities, I perform additional confirmation to ensure complete resolution of the issues.
