Sell-side merger and acquisition service:

• Conducting detailed and comprehensive financial models using the Discounted Cash Flow (DCF) valuation method to determine the NPV of the company, along with conducting sensitivity analysis and calculating the projected earnings per share (EPS).

Company Valuation Service:

• Study, collect, and analyses information related to the company and/or its subsidiaries, including financial position, operational performance, and both historical and current data.
• Conduct company and/or subsidiary valuations to determine fair value using the Discounted Cash Flow (DCF) approach, the Book Value approach, the Adjusted Book Value approach, and Comparable Company Analysis.
• Prepare valuation reports in English to be presented.

Initial Public Offering (IPO) service:

• IPO due diligence process, company’s organizational chart restructuring, dealing with lawyers, and internal and external audits, and all parties involved.
• Analyses peer companies in the same sector as mandated companies and recent IPO trends.

Co-Underwriter for IPO services:

• Attend analyst meeting of the company in process of an IPO along with research analyst team following invitation from the Lead-underwriter securities company to observe and gather as much information of the company (Overview and Financial) as possible to conduct a powerpoint presentation focusing mainly on the Overview of the company, potential growth in the industry, Financial Datas and Ratios, potential IPO price and potential risks to present to the Board of Directors for approval.

• Centara’s Operating Performance: Conduct Financial reports and analysis to measure the performance of all hotels under
  Centara and Resort using key indicators such as “Occupancy Rate, ARR, and Rev Par” and create Powerpoint presentation
• Centara’s Spa Analysis: Conduct excel report and powerpoint presentation to compare the financial performance and
  marketing strategies of Centara’s “Spa Cenvaree” with other spa competitors
• Loan Deal and Interest Rate and Currency Swap Agreements: Proof Reading and Commenting on these agreements to help
  support the firm’s Corporate Finance Assistant Vice President and Manager
