- Responsible for > 200 SKUs as Thailand being the main export hub for small packs Lubricants, 60% export and 40% local supply including, Shell Retail and other key OEM customers i.e. Toyota, Nissan and Ford.
- Managed various suppliers, ranging from local, regional to global located across region with different lead-time.
- Led high numbers of additive change and reformulation, approx. 8-10 projects a year. Minimize excess stock write-off by having to a well planned transition.
- Part of planning system migration from GSAP to Orchestra8.
