Project Execution & Infrastructure

• Data Center & Server Room Infrastructure : Oversee end-to-end turnkey construction, engineering design, and structural deployment of mission-critical server rooms and data centers.
• IT Security Policy Compliance : Enforce and monitor strict compliance with corporate IT security policies and data protection standards across all infrastructure deployments.
• AI-Powered Surveillance & Security : Implement advanced CCTV security networks integrated with AI analytics for facial recognition, perimeter intrusion protection, and real-time anomaly detection.
• Access Control Systems (ACS) : Deploy enterprise-grade Access Control Systems (ACS) including biometric scanners, RFID card readers, and smart locks integrated with centralized security management platforms.
• Precision Cooling & Critical Power : Manage the selection, installation, and commissioning of Precision Air Conditioning units (CRAC/PACU) and high-availability electrical distribution networks (UPS, ATS, and Diesel Generators) to guarantee 99.99% uptime.
• Enterprise Routing, Switching & Wireless : Direct the configuration of Layer 2 / Layer 3 network switches, core switches, and high-density enterprise Access Points (AP) with centralized wireless controllers.
• Server, LAN Fiber & IP Telephony : Manage enterprise server hardware staging/migration, high-speed Fiber Optic backbone installations, enterprise IP Phone systems (VoIP), and Smart Meeting Room Audio-Visual infrastructure.
• Building Management Systems (BMS) : Integrate comprehensive BMS and Environmental Monitoring Systems (EMS) to centralize tracking of leakage detection, smoke sensors, power quality, and HVAC efficiency.

Pre-Sales Strategy & Procurement Documentation

• TOR & Proposal Management : Draft, review, and manage comprehensive project proposals, Terms of Reference (TOR), and technical Scopes of Work (SoW) to ensure absolute alignment with corporate objectives and procurement guidelines.
• Budgeting & Technical Pre-Sales : Collaborate closely with engineering teams and Business Analysts to formulate high-viability technical solutions aligned with strict budgetary constraints.
• Vendor & Client Liaison : Act as the primary technical point of contact to coordinate with internal teams, clients, and external vendors/subcontractors to clear up project requirements.

Project Control, Team Delegation & Reporting

• Lifecycle Monitoring : Lead the planning, execution, and tracking of information technology projects to ensure all milestones are achieved within the defined scope, timeline, and budget.
• Resource & Team Allocation : Manage resource allocation and task delegation among project team members, assigning roles and responsibilities based on individual competency and project deliverables.
• Stakeholder & Risk Management : Monitor project progress closely with vendors and team members to mitigate risks arising from unexpected changes in project scope or timelines, ensuring smooth and timely delivery.
• Executive Reporting : Compile comprehensive performance summaries, project status updates, and key performance indicators (KPIs) for systematic delivery to senior management and executive command lines.

• Managing and developing IT system and control maintenance section.
• Set up new IT program and guide to end users.
• Support new technology implementation and plan resource allocation, project timeline of IT project.
• Coordinate internal resources (Other departments) and third parties/vendors for supporting the new IT system.
• Implement basic training on selected technologies with respect to equipment/test systems.
• Responsible for compliance with the legislation, standards and directives on occupational health and safety and emergency situations against themselves, the work-related workplace and the subordinate workforce.

• Contributed to upgrade projects for HTMS Chakri Naruebet CVS - 911, HTMS Naresuan FFG - 421, HTMS Taksin FGG - 422 with Thailand Navy and the F-5 E/F upgrade project with Thailand Air Force and Elbit Systems (Israel).
• Instructed and directed workers in servicing and repairing equipment, ensuring adherence to safety standards and operational efficiency.
• Collaborated with customers and supervisors on layout planning of equipment to optimise installation processes.
• Research blueprints, schematics, manuals and other specifications to determine installation procedures.
