- Planning, controlling and manage budgeting followed event plan.

- Responsible for coordination of all areas of event operations in/around the venue with appropriate internal and external stakeholders including creation and oversight of an operational plan for each event and including deadlines, responsibilities, meetings and budget

- To control and manage event sequence / cue / agenda

- To manage and coordinate with supplier, vendors and dealers.

- Providing the presentation of proposal to executive management.

- Work effectively cross-departmentally within the organization.

- To develop a network of staff and volunteers to support operations and event

Event on hand with my experiences as followings ;

BEM (รถไฟใต้ดิน), กสทช. (Thailand digital bigbang 2018 & 2019) , GSB (Thailand digital bigbang 2019) and Start up Event, Sport Day International at Utraladith, Duragres Road Show (Thailand), Blue Scope Seminar, Mayors for peace, PR adjustments of Digital Television by กสทช, Illumination at Sigha Park, Golden fly series Phuket , Thailand online sport day 1 and 2

- Coordinate with customer and supplier to distribute the events as required.

- Handle incoming and outgoing documents to concern all parties

- Handle other tasks as assigned.

Event’s Performances: CK Obssesed (Grand opening new Perfume), Central Chidlom (Christmas), Paul&Joe (Grand openening new product) , Shiseido, TOTO, Miss Grand, Primadaimon (Grand opening new product), Seminar of Julalongkorn,

- Main coordinate with AE, supplier and customer for necessarily.

- To compare price of material then submit purchase an order to supplier.

- Control supplier to distribute a structure for on-site, till delivered project to customers.

- Provided all documents to concern the project.

Interior’s Performances: ECCO brand, italasia, Rado Brand and Locitane

- Manage head the project as Owner assigned

- Main coordinate with supplier and customers (internal & external)

- Finding new supplier to quoting the price of structure, light & sound and Others

- Control the supplier on site for managing structure meet on time

- Support the paper all department to concern the project
