• Lead the technical execution, audio / visual system design of all school events, including assemblies, performances, annual musical performance, concert, conferences, and special ceremonies (eg. graduation ceremony)
• Manage and maintain all classroom A/V technology including projectors, sound systems, cameras, and video conferencing systems.
• Conduct training sessions for A/V team member on effective setup and execution.
• Oversee the school's video and audio production capabilities.
• Provide on-site technical support to teachers and staff experiencing A/V issues.
• Supervised A/V team members to confirm compliance with set procedures and quality requirements for audio / visual.

Studio Management:

• Maintain the audio recording studio, including equipment, software, and acoustics.
• Schedule studio sessions for rehearsals, auditions, and cast recordings.
• Develop and enforce studio usage policies and procedures.
  

Recording Engineering:

• Operate soundboards, microphones, and recording software during sessions.
• Set optimal recording levels, apply effects (EQ, compression, etc.), and ensure quality control.
• Capture recordings for cast members, promotional materials, or for rehearsal practice.
  

Musical Pre-Production Collaboration:

• Work closely with the musical director on arrangements, instrumentation, and sound design concepts.
• Assist with creating backing tracks, click tracks, or demo recordings.
• Prepare sound cues and effects for rehearsals and performances.
  

Audio Editing and Post-Production:

• Edit and mix raw recordings, cleaning up noise, balancing levels, and applying creative effects.
• Master final recordings for optimal playback.
• Design and create sound effects or soundscapes to enhance the performance.

Equipment and Technology

• Research and recommend upgrades to studio equipment and software.
  Troubleshoot issues with microphones, mixing boards, software, and studio infrastructure.
