- 1. Maintain Environment Management System (ISO 14001 : 2004)
- 2. Update law and other requirements and compliance evaluation.
- 3. Follow up with compliance law and other requirements.

- 5. Set the objective, target and environmental program from a significant aspect. 6. Make new and revised environmental manual, procedure, Work instruction and format and control document of Environment Management System (ISO 14001 : 2004) in ISO master program.
- 7. Orientation training to newcomers and subcontractors about basic environmental knowledge.
- 8. Set in-house and public training for the key person of the environment and for all operators and subcontractors.

- - Request the permit to truck the commercial waste to disposal at disposer from Municipalities.
- - Request the permit of non-hazardous waste and hazardous waste disposal from the Department of Industrial Work (DIW).
- - Make manifest of commercial waste, non-hazardous waste when trucking it to outside.
- - Key manifest of hazardous waste to DIW website, send manifest no.3 to DIW every 15 days and follow up manifest no.6 from the disposer within 45 days.
- - Make zoning of bins, zoning of temporary storage areas of waste around the factory and setting a separate type of waste in the scrap yard and monitoring everyday. 13. Control wastewater treatment plant capacity around 200 m³ per day. (Chemical treatment type for treat zn plating and wastewater from production line)
- - Training wastewater treatment plant operation to sub-contractor.
- - Set a plan to verify the pH controller every month.
- - Set plan to calibration of pH controller every 6 months by outsource lab. - Set checking plan of all pumps, agitators, filter press machine and all equipment of WWTP.
- - Control stock of chemicals which are used in WWTP.
- 14. Daily check all air pollution treatment systems and ventilation stack. If I find damage or an abnormal situation, I have to inform the Facility officer.
- 15. Control of chemical management as
- - Make MSDS and pictogram of chemical safety signs for show to the operator at chemical storage area and workplace.
- - Training chemical basic knowledge to operators.
- - Weekly check of chemical storage area and record for improvement.
- - Provide the containment tray or secondary containment for protecting chemical contamination to the environment.
- - Test emergency and response plan of chemical and hazardous waste spill for improvement.
- 16. Control subcontractor as maid, gardener, waste operator, wastewater operator. Total = 37 persons.
- 17. Set Internal audit plan of ISO 14001 OHSAS 18001, set auditor team and issue the CAR PAR for corrective action and preventive action of non conformity and follow up with all sections. 18. Issue corrective action and preventive action of non conformity of Branch audit, ERM audit, URS audit and surveillance audit.
- 19. Provide data of management review to EMR and make the result of the meeting and make corrective action and preventive action of commentating from top management. 20. Set environment monitoring
- - Set 2 times per year of air emission monitoring from stack and annoyance sound monitoring.
- - Set wastewater monitoring every month.

- - Set once a year of water in rain gutter monitoring.
- 21. I am a wastewater controller and air pollution controller. (I have license of DIW) 22. In response to the renewal of permit of use land and engage business and ask for the permit to expand the business in Industrial Estate Authorization of Thailand.

- - Send the Vor.Aor.Aor.kor.7 report to DIW every 6 months.

- - The project uses the electric heater to compensate for the use of LPG gas in the washing machine. It can save cost around 200,000 per month.
- - The project uses the new type of coolant to expand the lift time to use in the machine for reducing cost and liquid waste.
- - Project cleaning used rubber gloves (good condition) for reducing cost and hazardous waste.
