Supervising the accounting team of 7 members which handles the complete accounting cycle for the Energy division of the group which booked an audited turnover of THB 400 million in FY 2021-2022
Coordinating year-end financial audit and reviewing the current direct/indirect tax recording mechanism.

Managing accurate recording and regular checks for adequate reconciliation of VAT &
WHT for filing of Tax returns (PND 3, PND 53). In consultation with the external tax auditors
successfully claimed the outstanding VAT refund of THB 8.1 million in FY 2021 from the revenue
department.
Supervising and responsible for the preparation/closure of month-end financial reports (Trial
Balance, PnL, Balance Sheet and Cash flow statement), timely and accurate recording of A/R & A/P in
ERP system as par the Thai Financial Reporting Standards (TFRS).
Responsible for preparing the annual budget of the division. Used the participative budgeting
methodology with inter-departmental collaboration for effective working capital management.
Presented the monthly variance analysis reports to operation leaders to support their action plan
and enhance internal control.
Controlling operational costs. Re-structured the existing system of determining the economic order
quantity and reorder levels for the inventory of raw material & stores & spares in active consultation
with the procurement and operations department. This helped in freeing up 19% of the working
capital and the cost of sales recorded a positive reduction of 9% YOY.
Preparation and presentation of the division's monthly financial performance report to the
management and implemented the MIS dashboard for a better insight to the decision makers.

Monitored and controlled the Fixed assets register of THB450 million and assisted the CFO in negotiation with external valuers and appraisers to ensure precise and up to date valuation of
entities assets.
Flexible with all types of functions in the company to have a healthy and good relations with co-workers.
