- Implemented and maintained 3 Factory locations in Thailand to complaint to ISO 9001, BRC, Halal/Kosher, ISO 14001, and Safety standards
- Collaborated with stakeholders to establish key performance indicators for the RD & QA team, driving continuous improvement efforts to achieve growth of volume products currently produced and success of new launch products.
-Developed testing programs in sensory evaluation, chemical laboratory to be able to test pesticides as well as irradiation, and to certify ISO 17025 for various microbiological tests.
- Setup HACCP programs for new production lines for instant noodles (fried and air dried), seasoning, retorting products as well as fresh noodles.
- Collaborate with packaging company to launch innovative projects for instant noodles, e.g. cup noodles, granulated seasoning, various types of laminated film.
- Waste water system management, ensure daily effluent meeting regulations of Thai Industry Department
- Developed laboratory and QA/QC team and ensure started up plant successfully for oversea factories e.g. Myanmar, Cambodia, Hungary, etc.
-Managed budgetary allocations for the RD & QA department, optimizing resource utilization while ensuring all projects were executed within allocated budgets.
- Establish Regulatory affairs to work on product registrations, recipe compliant to Thai law as well as export countries.
- Establish and monitor shelf life evaluation program for instant noodles, seasoning (paste and powder), biscuits and wafers as well as retorted products.
- Collaborated with Ramen Associations globally to initiated proposal for Codex standard for instant noodles.
- Collaborated with Thai FDA, Department of Health through various projects e.g. launching salt reduction product, health better choice logo.
-Collaborated with TISI to be committee to set up standard of various food ingredient and commodities e.g. wheat flour, palm oleins, chilly powder
- Trained in Japan on product development and quality control of Instant noodles at Myojo company.
- Invited at Wheat Marketing Association on Evaluation of new US wheat crop for noodles & bakery product (1 week) in Portland, OR.
- Trained in Singapore on ISO 14001 (2 weeks), funded by Thailand Productivity Institute
- Audit and visit more than 100 factories as to approve new vendors and to assure the quality and food safety compliant over 10 countries e.g. China, Australia, USA, Philippines, India, Switzerland, Japan, Turkey, etc.
- Being Risk manager to report risk assessment and mitigation plan to board committee of Thai president Foods.

- Ensure tin cans and lacquered cans made by owned can plant meets all specifications.
- Trained at CAMPDEN on heat treatment and process sufficient for acidified food, UK
- Manage staff in QA/QC over 70 people to monitor daily QC works, and analyzing data from product improvement and traceability record
- Collaborate with export team and customer to initiate the product development and sign off on agreed specification.
-Trained in Hawaii on production and QC for canned pineapples, and frozen concentrated.
-Worked in San Francisco Dole Package Foods Head office as Food Scientist.
-Responsible for complaint handling, conduct pre-investigation, collaborated with plant QA for final investigation and CAPA, for customer in USA/Canada
- Responsible for evaluation of product quality of projects initiated and conducted by various production sites and send to USA, e.g. change of open end cans, tin plate reduction as a cost saving.
- At plant in Hua Hin, responsible for fruit receiving area. Keeping high efficiency and maintain machine in good condition. Solve issues with fruit supplier when incoming-quality deviated.
