· Ensure that seller perform smoothly on Shopee platform on both operation and revenue driving.

• Forecast sale for products from cross border, initiate new methods to improve seller performance via Social Applications (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter)

• In depth understanding of seller insights and able to leverage these insights to build strong relationships with sellers. Have basic analysis skills to track seller MOM performance and able to propose execution ideas to help increase sale

Generate a pipeline of sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up

and outbound campaigns, as well as driving up-sell business into the existing customer base with the target of more than 60 sellers a month

● Research accounts, identify key players, and generate interest to expand

your list of prospects

● Utilize Salesforce.com and seller center to manage day-to-day activity,

record communications, meetings with prospects and customers and establishing a report

● Forecasts the trend of customer and market

● Assist administrative team with overflow work, including word processing, data entry and Internet research tasks

● Manage the inventory status of stationary, general office supplies and party supplies

● Greets and directs all visitors, including vendors, clients, job candidates

and customers Coordinates activities with other executives and the building

Analyzing sales and preparing recommended prices for buyers and sales executive team

● Gathering information about the prices of main online-competitors

● Reading competitors' brands and their pricing strategies

● Browsing competitors’ data for further pricing analysis

● Generate cost report , create daily report for price benchmarking

● Support and provide on product /competitor comparison i.e. product benefits and coverage, customers’ services as requested

● Survey and taking polls to collect information from parents or take a photo for compare competitive prices from various competitors
