Duties and responsibilities

• Supervise and manage all tool room workers effectively.
• Ensure proper maintenance of machines and equipment.
• Oversee project completion within the assigned deadlines.
• Perform blue matching and precision fitting of moulds (manual and machining methods).
• Troubleshoot mould issues as needed to support production.
• Address and resolve any machine-related issues during production.
• Prepare FMEA (Failure Modes and Effects Analysis) for production tooling to identify risks and develop appropriate control plans
• Maintain spare parts and will make sure enough stock available in EM
• Optimized die performance through meticulous troubleshooting and root-cause analysis.

Duties and responsibilities

• Oversee mould manufacturing and maintenance.
• Manage and supervise tool room workers.
• Ensure proper maintenance of machines and equipment.
• Follow the manufacturing process for new moulds.
  Provide guidance to machinists working on mould parts.
• Ensure project completion within the given timeline.
  Inspect trial components and make necessary corrections.
• Review drawings, identify required raw materials, and source standard parts.
• Perform blue matching and fine matching using hand tools or machines.
• Transfer raw materials and grind plates as needed.
  Conduct final mould assembly, trials, and component inspections.
• Troubleshoot mould issues to support production.
  Participate in concept, design, FOT, and MRB reviews.
  Implement and maintain 5S and Kaizen practices.

• Mould maintenance.
• Give proper training to new tool makers and trainees.
• Maintain the hot runner system and its PM.
• Update the documents as per ISO standard.
• Direct and coordinate manufacturing, construction, installation, maintenance,
• Support, documentation, and testing activities to ensure customer requirements.
• Responsible for testing, trouble shooting, repairing and installation of injection moulds.
• Manage and handle all tool room and workers.
• Responsible to maintain the machine and machine equipment.
• Giving ideas to the machinist who working on the parts of mould

• Assist with all types of tool room operations.
• Manufacture cavity, core inserts, and sub-inserts.
• Operate conventional machines, including milling, drilling, surface grinding, cylindrical grinding, and EDM drilling.
• Assemble and match core and cavity components.
• Identify and resolve mold-related issues and troubleshoot production challenges.
• Perform final mold assembly, conduct trials, and inspect components.
• Troubleshoot molds as needed to ensure smooth production.
