• Successfully granted off-shore credit facility in the amount THB 7,000 million equivalents, with NTI generation to KGroup (KBank-HQ, KBank-China and KBank-HK branch) over THB 100 million.

• Successfully established and scaled the Corporate business team from 0 to almost 30 RMs and supporting team, including recruitment, onboarding, and comprehensive training programs.
• Consistently identified and secured new-to-bank corporate clients.
• Forged strong relationships with key industry players and market influencers to generate a robust pipeline of qualified leads.
• Designed and streamlined end-to-end credit assessment and approval processes, reducing average turnaround time while maintaining stringent risk controls.

Key Accomplishments:

• Successfully granted first on-shore syndication of KBank’s HCMC branch to Vietnam’s largest convenient store.
• Successfully granted first off-shore syndication deal from KBank-HQ to non-Thai companies. The total amount of syndications are USD 125 million.
• Credit approval over THB 6,000 million equivalents in the first year of the HCMC’s branch operation.

• Assigned by the President to provide comprehensive services to the bank’s customer in Vietnam, with special focus on fostering bilateral trade and investment, as well as strengthening strategic relationship between key organizations of both nations.
• Facilitate Thai Investors to expand and set up the businesses in Vietnam by providing end–to-end business consultancy service, as well as comprehensive market analysis for in-depth understanding of local practices, law and regulations.
• Execute business plans with headquarter to provide extended support to Thai clients operating in Vietnam by analyzing operational constraints and designing suitable products and services for the bank’s existing customers.
• Establish and maintain ongoing strategic partnerships with the local financial institutions to extend services from Headquarter to cater the bank’s customers in Vietnam, whereby guarantee seamless customers’ experience with highest satisfaction.
• Develop KBank’s country strategy in synchronization with local Government’s key agendas to engage in series of activities with an aim to build up SMEs Capacity, share knowledge on NPL Resolution, facilitate SOE Equitization process and bolster bilateral-trade and investment, as envisaged by Prime Minister of Vietnam.
• Incorporate key organizations of Vietnam such as State Bank of Vietnam, Vietnam Trade Promotion Agency, Foreign Investment Agency, Agency for Enterprises Development, Vietnam Assets Management Company and Vietnam SME association with the counterparts in Thailand through knowledge sharing, learning visit, strategy formulation and action implementation.

Key Accomplishments:

• Successfully presented KBank’s business plan and strategy to the State Bank of Vietnam, leading to the approval of KBank’s first foreign bank branch license after nearly seven years.
• Facilitated our headquarters in granting its first offshore loan facility of $200 million to a Thai investor. This financing supports the development of ASEAN's largest solar power project (420 Megawatts) in Vietnam.

• Developed and managed relationship with the large-scale Multi-corporate customer as the bank’s top priority segment.
• Strategically designed tailor-made products to fit with business growth target of customers to achieve the most desired outcome.
• Studied and kept track of the market trend to capture business opportunities and propose suitable strategies to existing portfolio, as well as extend service to value chain customers, with an aim to generate greater value for both the bank and customers.
• Provided consultation service including financial support and business referral to facilitate expansion strategy of customers in both domestic and international markets.

• Co-designed 'Request to Pay Development program' between KBank and largest consumer finance in Thailand, leading to recurring fee base in come more than USD 1.0 million per year.
• Designed 'Daikin Group’s Value Chain Solution' – The first Dealer Financing program for the Daikin Air-conditioner business.
• Designed 'Mitsubishi Motors (Thailand)’s Value Chain Solution' - The first payment solution between Mitsubishi and its dealers.
