• Maintain positive guest relations at all times and maintain client details and confidentiality
• Maintains spa and treatment room appearance, cleanliness according to standard operating procedures.

• Perform opening and closing procedures
• Schedule guest appointments
• Arrange workstation, treatment room, and drapes
• Helps promoting the massage to the SPA members and the hotel guests
• Monitor stock levels of oils and creams and ensures that par stock levels are maintained

• Greeting and welcoming spa guests, informing guests of spa packages, promotions, and rates, and customizing treatments and therapies to suit guests' needs
• You should also be able to recommend additional spa services and up-sell spa products.

• Administer check in of all guests and maintain record of all special requests at time of arrival
• Attend all phone calls and provide all appropriate information to guests and perform pre assignment of all rooms to guests as well as VIP evaluate all activities of guest services at end of shift.

• Make a reservation for Golfer
• Ensure inside components of golf operaton is facilitated
• Provide prompt, courteous and friendly customer services
• Manages reservation system, checks guests in, collects fees, and assigns tee times; informs players of course rules and regulation, maintains logs.

• Provide skincare treatments to face and body to enhance an individual's appearance
• Includes electrologists and laser hair removal specialists.
