Document translation Services:

• Provided translation for Medical Device Production and all of Supporting Departments.

Interpreter Services:

• Provided professional interpretation services for meetings of all levels of executives, including those involving Thai and Japanese counterparts etc.
• Conducted professional interpretation for high-stakes business negotiations while on business trips etc.

Team Management:

• Manage and supervise a team of Interpreters/Translators, ensuring their work quality, and fostering a productive and efficient team environment
• Project Leadership (Interpreter Skill Development), develop and implement an interpreter skill development plan, including a detailed schedule and progress tracking mechanisms
• Conduct weekly team meetings to discuss translation projects, provide feedback, and address any challenges

• Planning responsibilities for Operation Planning Department:
• Demand Forecasting.
• Summarize monthly forecasts, actual sales, and inventory levels for all products.
• Inventory Reconciliation: Conduct monthly inventory reconciliations, including variance analysis.
• Inventory Control: Manage battery stock levels (dangerous goods) for medical products.
• Monitor chemical stocks exceeding 1000 kg.
• Every six months for internal and IEAT compliance.
• Monitor and control aging materials (over 2 years) every six months.
• Product Lifecycle Management: Manage product end-of-life processes (e.g., phaseout planning, inventory disposal).

Planning responsibilities for Medical Device Planning:

• Support: Financial Reporting: Prepare and distribute monthly Profit & Loss (P/L) reports for medical device production (twice per month).
• Meeting Management: Summarize and document key discussions from business management meetings and monthly department meetings.
• Master Data Management: Maintain master planning data, including materials standard unit prices and Cost of Goods Sold (COGS) in the ERP system.
• Customer Invoicing: Issue Debit Notes to customers as required.
• Cost Analysis: Summarize and analyze rework costs associated with material defects.

ERP System Support:

• Implement requested changes to ERP system functions for other departments.

Administration Division support:

• Issue and announce the Company’s conference meeting schedule for Management members.
• Summary Business Management meeting report, Monthly meeting report for all Management members including Japanese site’s management.
• Make appointment, booking and prepare a meeting for Management members to review the Monthly plans and results (Company P/L, Monthly, BM Meeting).
• Translate Meeting record from Japanese – English (BM, Monthly meeting).

• Interpreter Services: Meetings & Company Events: Provided interpretation services for various meetings and company events
• Overseas Training: Accompanied employees on three overseas training programs in Japan to facilitate the transfer of production from Japan to Thailand
