- Manage all new in-house manufactured parts from producing prototypes to support testing phase to implementing new in-house manufactured parts for new model projects.

- Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure in-house manufactured parts are within time, cost, quality and scope boundaries of the project.

- Design motorcycle chassis components to meet specifications and requirements.

- Supervise and mentor design engineers, streamline task allocation and resolve technical issues.

- Independently manage and resolve complex design challenges in collaboration with cross-functional teams.

- Led design improvements for motorcycle components, ensuring functionality and compliance.

- Designed and optimized 3D models, 2D drawings and BOM using Creo Parametric and Windchill.

- Collaborated with production and quality teams for seamless implementation.

- Supported UK design team to introduce new models to production.
