Allure Marketing is a medium-sized marketing firm with about 50 employees, that specializes in marketing activities for Fortune 500 companies in the US. It is part of a big organization in the US, that includes 30+ marketing firms.
I started as a salesperson, then became the best one throughout the organization in the US. Thanks to my outstanding performance I was promoted to marketing manager. I then innovated the old marketing systems by applying active listening, thorough analysis, and different coaching and motivation styles. The team I built and managed became one of the top sales teams for Fortune 500 companies all over the US, with a record of $20,000 in revenue per week.
