- Led the process modernization program for local Thailand healthcare inbound operations by moving away from using multiple sources to using a single source i.e. SMART Receiving and Put-away system across the main healthcare facility increasing the overall efficiency by 22% and reducing overall operational cost by 15%
- Designed and implemented two redressing and labeling machines transforming the value-added service operation to be automated reducing the overall operational unit cost by 66%.
- Was nominated as the Sustainability lead Champion for local healthcare operations engaging with cross-functional teams and clients on aspects such as reusable packaging and greener transportation. Improving the usage of reusable packaging from 80% to 95% with one of the recent engagements with key clients ensuring to prevent around 3000 styrofoam boxes entering the landfills annually.
- Ensuring a successful transition of E-commerce operations from the main healthcare facility to a recent redeveloped healthcare facility on a timely manner with zero impact to said E-commerce operations and resume back to normal. Additionally, improving service levels to some of the key clients from 3 working days to 1 working day.
- Introduced robotic process automation (RPA) to one of the key and repetitive processes by increasing the user experience efficiency by 75% with 98% accuracy and helping to reskill and upskill the workforce during severe cost pressures.

- Lead a team several members from the local team for a critical warehouse recovery program in groups regional DCs in Singapore; Whereby the designated tasks were categorically carried out by bringing the “know-how” work ethics of our experience from our local warehouse and by collaborating with several regional teams to fulfill the objectives of the said tasks with a very tight deadline.
- Was responsible and instrumental analyzing, initiating and executing projects delivering on tight deadlines and in a punctual manner related to cost savings, operational efficiency and space optimization in one of the distribution centers.
- This includes analyzing, project planning the design, implementation and the launch of a fully-fledged temperature-controlled motorbike fleet for delivering healthcare items below 25 degrees, which was successfully validated by the groups QA team. As a result of implementing the same, the project was able to deliver transport cost savings and increase in service levels.
- Was Responsible and successfully completing in optimizing storage space project in a given area of the facility by re-laying the previous layout by adhering to the HSE requirements and without impacting the daily operational activities whereby total bin location increased by 9% and shelf meters increased by 42%. All these projects required effective collaboration with multiple teams both operationally and within the group itself.
- Being the representative on behalf of SCM function in key internal meetings in relation to operational KPI’s, Project Plans and Progress Updates and communication of our project success stories to the training team for awareness, whereby teams both locally and regionally that can benefit from the same.
