Responsibilities included but not limited to:

• Review technical specifications and construction/design drawings in coordination with engineering and design teams to ensure accuracy and alignment with client requirements.
• Develop and maintain detailed project schedules, tracking milestones, deliverables, and deadlines using tools such as MS Project, Excel, or Primavera.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to coordinate activities, resolve issues, and maintain alignment with project goals.
• Prepare and deliver project presentations for internal briefings, client meetings, and status updates, using visual aids to communicate progress and timelines clearly.
• Organize and facilitate regular coordination meetings, documenting action items, tracking follow-ups, and ensuring accountability across teams.
• Maintain accurate and organized project documentation, including RFIs, submittals, meeting minutes, and change orders.

• Supervising and monitoring the operation of construction work and submitting daily reports.
• Liaise and coordinate with respective stakeholders and keep track of the progress.
• Check technical drawings and raise the discrepancy to the design team for verification and revision.
• Inspection work for quality control to be complied with technical specification.
• Prepare RFI and submit to the consultant for the checking and approval of work.
• Prepare as-built drawing and as-built BOQ for handover process.
• Assist Project Manager in any ad-hoc duties assigned.
