Reporting
- 7.1 Collect the HR monthly report
- 7.2 Collect HR KPIs report and send to QMR
- 7.3 Budgeting Summary and cost Control, employee welfare such as medical expenses, Allowance, etc
- 7.4 Payroll report to management for cost data
- 7.5 Attend the Management Review meeting and report in Human Resources andAdministration
