  • My role focuses on aligning demand forecasts with supply capabilities, and conducting material preparation to achieve a sales volume of more than 1,000 million baht in vinyl construction materials.
  • I confirm that the right materials are available at the right time for production, lead time, and quality, while managing seamlessly and processing for the end customer demand.
  • Collect the demand forecast from all sales channels to provide an estimated revenue and cost 18-month report (weekly, monthly, quarterly, yearly, medium-term plan).
  • Break down the BOM in hand for the project into the required raw materials, including each type, quantity, and conduct material for each SKU.
  • Forecast for own production parts and sourcing parts. Plan for material purchases. Consider MOQ, lead time, safety stock, and inventory buffering to avoid over-purchasing and ensure you order the right quantities.
  • Ensure efficient production with the manufacturing team that closely matches actual customer demand, adjusting production schedules in real-time to respond to changes in customer demand and material availability.
  • Oversee, monitor, and improve inventory management to maintain optimal inventory levels to meet customer demand. Set up FSN (Fast-Slow-Non-moving) classification, aging inventory report, stockout, and overstock rates. Reduce stock keeping and increase space to avoid overstocking while ensuring safety stock is available to prevent stockouts.
  • Adjusting the status of all materials in a warehouse and labeling inventory based on their current relevance and usability, such as continued material, discontinued material, and new material, secures that your warehouse is well-organized and aligned with operational needs.
