- Responsible for Frame Production including Robot Welding, Pre-treatment, ED Coating, Powder Painting and Spot repair.
- Supervise and review operational performance through measures such as Productivity, Quality, Volume targets and absenteeism on daily basis.
- Monitor progress against set timelines in order to meet targets and verify structure problem solving approach.
- Responsible for all aspects of department operations including disciplinary leadership, target achievement/forecasting, KPI tracking people development, continuously improvement, acting effectively under unforeseen situations and ensuring that BMW Work Organization is maintained in daily business.
