5. Work and report direct to company GM also take order to action accordingly
6. Run project through various situation : good , bad , worst
7. Manage car rental business for company
8. Control contractor for construction work
9. Co-operate with Japan head office and global branches for various cases : claim case , technical inquiry , update business situation.
10. Support Japanese staff from Japan HQ when they come to Thailand
11. Follow up shipment schedule from factory and control delivery schedule as per customer request
Sales :
1. Contact and visit new customer to increase sales to projects
2. Maintain relationship with existing customer to update information, find solution to customer and find opportunity to increase sales
3. Deal the contract which made revenue 6.5 Million THB per year for company
4. Maintain the sales for 3 project sites
5. Always finding sales opportunity from surrounding project site : get information from people , introduce product , initialize new promotion
6. Compare specification as per customer requirement and propose to customer
7. Tracking production schedule from customer to deliver shipment on time.
8. Visit existing customer at factory in Thailand and ASEAN countries to maintain relationship and get new business
Accounting :
1. Follow up customer and chase the payment as per due date
2. Document job : invoicing , collect cheque and follow up tax related documents from customer
3. Made record for sales summary : new application and termination
4. Manage the project PL data , evaluate and made forecast sales
Customer service :
1. Handle phone call and e-mail from customer
2. Check customer requirement to improve service quality
3. Monitor project site by CCTV and order to team support customer at site
Negotiation :
1. Negotiate the rental fee with tenant : to increase , to stop termination , to made new offer
2. Always had meeting with 3 business important components : company , building management team and building owner
3. Negotiate with building owner to renew contract for company
4. Negotiate with supplier in order to get the cheapest price
5. Negotiate with customer when shipment is delay
