Marketplace (Shopee/Lazada/Tiktok)

  • Sale part :Monitor and analysis sales, promotions, marketing tool to generate strategy to achieve sale target.
  • Platform part : co-working with KAM of Online platform including barter monthly deal, prepare promotion deal ,negotiate to request banner visibility and Flash sale slot rebate and maintain good relationship.
  • Operation part : including create SKU, Set up tool (banner,voucher, promotion price) in seller center, prepare&fill flash sale ,RDH, Focus brand voucher
  • Internal part : co-working with CS team to fix special case and co-working with warehouse to make sure about product deliver process

Retail (online : LZD mall ,Shopee mall and this shop)

  • Sale part :present NPD to customers and motivate client to sell in the product, plan & prepare file of sell in/out rebate ,
  • Support client : monitor client shop to make sure product image, promotion price correct and following company policy ,maintain good relationship with client.
  • Operation part : Open bill, book transportation, prepare sell in/out rebate file, request marketing budget for client.
  • Co-working with internal team ( IT , Logistics, and Account ) in terms of payment process, transportation, and API system
