• Advanced Info Service (AIS), is Thailand's Largest telecommunication Company. AIS-SMT is dynamics 365 telecommunication project for selling the AIS products and managing the End Customers with ease.
• AIS_SMT is developed by utilizing the all the features of Sales Modules. As per the business requirement used most the OOB features, Javascript, Plugins, Console application and WCF services as well.

Integration Developer:

• Started Working at offshore and later moved to On-site Client location.
• AIS_SMT has lot of integrations with multiple Home-Grown applications. AIS_SMT D365 sales project has to communicate with these systems by implementing the WCF Services.
• As per the Client Requirement, Implemented new functionalities in existing WCF Services.
• Implemented the Web API to integrate with external system.
• worked on Javascript, Plugins and Console applications to support these API's implementation to Dynamics 365.
• Interacted with Client on daily basis to discuss about the new requirements.
• All integration requirements are discussed to analyze the feasibility in Dynamics 365 and Captured as SRS Document for implementation.

Vodafone has a sales process of selling spares of network tower to the end customer i.e., other telecom companies. To maintain this sales information, Vodafone opted for Dynamics 365 module. In this project user has to create an opportunity and get the approval from mangers based on number of spares and price. Once approval is done user should be able to create quote and order respectively. Based on the above requirements customized dynamics 365 sales module for Vodafone internal project to maintain the sales information of Spares of a network tower by maintaining them as products.

Contribution:

·Closely worked with Business Analyst to gather and define feature requirements.

· Worked on Security roles, business rules.

· Written plugins to meet the business requirements.

· Worked on JavaScript for form validations.

VF_LS is an application developed based on .Net language to maintain the cases that are raised from network engineer and to route the cases to the relevant team based on the description of case and also this application has the feasibility to add new products information that are required for network engineer to fix the case and also there is a SLA concept to escalate to the manager and to track the performance of an user based on the time taken to assign the case to relevant team or finding the resolution to the case.

Contribution:

· Fixing issues of application by modifying the C# code.

· Extended SLA feature of VF_LS application by writing the new logic using C#.
