• Identify all the New Tooled End Items for the program, including Multi-Party Agreements and directed tier 2 suppliers.
• Develop program-specific NTEI file containing pertinent part number information.
• Lead priority supplier selection using GPDS Priority filter, facilitate concurrence with CFT Purchasing, and notify suppliers.
• Train suppliers and cross functional team members, as required, on the Supplier Engagement Process and the APQP/PPAP (Advanced Product Quality Planning/Production Part Approval Process) Readiness Assessment.
• Manage and track on-time completion of GPDS priority supplier team evaluations.
• Special assigment Lead to delvelop TCB (Trim coordinate on Buck) and AAR (Apperance approval process).
• Aggressively manage and review Phased PPAP status and timing plans to deliver on-time Phase PPAP approvals.

VO Resident.

• Facilitate the Critical Supplier process.
• Provided guidance, advice, and assistance to the supplier. Administer part quality confirmation process for suppliers with repetitive containment failure.
• Support QR (Quality Reject) procedures, by supporting concern binning, reviewing threshold QR’s, and providing support for dispute resolution. Assist suppliers and plants in QR/PPM (Parts Per Million) data accuracy.
• Lead containment of special cause supplier process.
• Provide early notification to and engage STA Site team on potential stop shipments that are related to supplier process.

Warranty claim.

• Facilitate Global Quality Challenges process.
• Lead Warranty QOS process.
• Warranty Drive resolution of external supplier process, zero warranty concerns through supplier notification, and driving containment at the supplier plant.
