Contribute to a positive team environment by collaborating with fellow staff & interns group projects and presentations.
Conduct client onboarding processes including interviewing and documentation of addiction levels, causes and substance use. Documentation of medical & psychological issues, social and family backgrounds, previous recovery attempts and programs attended. All directly and confidentially reported back to assigned counseling staff and management.
Support management & staff members by co-facilitating daily group therapy sessions, providing client support and participating in interactive roles.
Conduct 1-1 coaching & counselling specialising in Process & Chemsex addiction.
Attend weekly staff, intern & client process groups.
Lead exercise programs including Yoga, post Mua Thai stretch, Tai Chi
Lead daily guided meditation.
Lead daily gratitude sessions.
Chair weekly inhouse AA & NA Fellowship meetings.
Assist clients with counseling 'homework' assignments and construction of time line presentations.
Responsible for the development of a revised, existing Dharma Recovery Program.
Facilitate 'Recovery Plus' group sessions to early recovery clients. Topics included CBT ABC's, Anxiety, Achievements, Gratitude, Journalling etc...
Provide 1-1 assistance to assigned clients with recovery coaching and 'returning home' recovery plans, including daily routine, meeting and service calendars.
Provide 1-1 consultation to assigned clients with Relapse prevention strategies.
Facilitate 1-1 mindfulness training.
Planning and execution of external excursions including,volunteer works at Elephant & Dog sanctuaries, introduction to Wai Phra and temple visits, attendance to temples for Ashala Bucha and other events.
Accompanied clients on shopping trips, personal care appointments, hospital care and Immigration requirements.
Facilitate TRE & Breathwork Therapy
Support staff members in their daily tasks, reducing workload burden, and allowing for increased focus on higher-priority assignments.
Increased clients'' self-awareness by conducting regular assessments and facilitating reflective exercises.
