Key contributor to developing the Budget Module, designing budget structures, cross-functional workflows, and management reporting formats to support forecasting, planning, and operational decision-making. Responsible for monthly PL Rolling for GGC, ensuring accurate and updated profitability outlooks for group-level reporting.

Experienced in applying Thai Accounting Standards for PAEs, aligning accounting treatments and reporting with two SET-listed parent companies GGC and KTIS. Manage the unique complexity of two fiscal year-ends:

• KTIS: 30 September
  requiring preparation of two sets of annual financial statements and consolidation templates.
