Built majority of company verticals from ground up;

-Oversaw and completed final rebuild of the vessel within 90 days from procurement.

-Grew a powerful and committed core management and back office team of 20 full time and 7 part time staff.

-Launched, managed and grew entire social media presence (Website, IG, FB, TikTok, YouTube). Just google "bangla boat phuket".

-Implemented a "Same-Day Sales Commission Payout" structure compromising of 400+ ticket counters, freelance agents, hotel sales desks, third party vendors, etc spread across Phuket.

-Built a closed community of 100+ part time service staff which consequentially brought in a separate revenue stream.

-Ran sponsored events (Grey Goose, Budweiser, Chang, Corona, Jagermeister, RedBull, Unit 27, Sundancer, Rip Curl, AirBnB, Selina Hostel and Phadion International)

Bangla Boat currently holds 42% of Phuket's boat party market share and has achieved this feat within 1.2 years from launch.
