• Drive Product Quality team across 12 BUs in 12 countries (Jardine Schindler Group) belong Schindler Group ( Switzerland)
• Achievement in set up and apply digital, business intelligent tools ( VBA, power BI, excel query, Power Automate, Python) into quality driven and automate all quality analysis and reports, visualize the result in fast and straight- forward methodology.
• Evaluate and observe BU performance ( regarding to quality) and filter out the BUs need for further support. Set up the project plan for direct support.

• Tracked quality issues and SPSP ( Schindler Problem Solving) with factory, R&D, BU and others relevant stakeholders
• Streamlined quality processes, standardize quality process for all BUs which alignment with Global.
• Collaborated with BUs and suppliers ( internal suppliers) to identify opportunities for process improvements, leading to better product performance.
• Leveraged data analytics tools and methodologies to monitor product quality trends in real-time, enabling proactive interventions when necessary.
• Support BUs on Schindler Global Compliance Audit
• Run annual Group Quality Conference in among of BUs

• Drive QHSE function: Quality Control, Quality Assurance, Safety, Health and Environment Department, Risk Assessment team
• Ensure all KPI of each department are fulfilled timely
• Analyses data trend from all functions and combine together to see the trend which impact to business in order to release the proper decision
• Manage and lead all Risk assessment (RA) of business: fraud RA, HACCP RA, chemical RA, product safety and product quality RA, people safety RA, etc,…under BRCGS standard (international standard for packaging) and under RKW global standard
• Works direct with General Director to finalize the annual strategy
• As Project leader to support business able to remain the operation during pandemic ( COVID19) overcome the pandemic
• Lead project team to set up and build certificate: EUcertplast ( Waste Plastic Recycling Plant) which become fist company in Viet Nam was certified.
• Work on Data to evaluate trend of business support and as per outcome, coordinate with stakeholders to deliver the decision and together driving the common goal
• Work with Headquarter ( Germany) as functional reporting, as well report the KPI result periodically

• Ensure all product safety standards of elevator and escalator are strictly followed, include: EN81, TCVN
• Leading all product safety issues and work with related department to finalize solution
• Update the change of related code (EN, TCVN) and build up the plan to apply new code
• Manage Product Safety Inspector Team (PSI):
• + Planning and set objective for PSI
• + People development review and build up the development plan for each PSI
• + Control PSI's working schedule
• + PSI yearly appraisal, PSI quarterly development Review, promotion base on performance
• + Training plan for PSI accordingly (oversea training, in-house training)
• Ensure all lifts pass SAIS (Safety Acceptance Inspection Standard) before hand-over lift to customer
• Planning to inspect CPSI 5yrs (Confirmation of Periodic Safety Inspection) within 5yrs after the lift is putted in service
• Control non-conformance after SAIS/ CPSI 5yrs inspection by working with relate departments to fix NC and update into database within standard time
• Working with relate departments for quality improvement of installation and maintenance, increase SAIS first pass and reduce NC CPSI
• Ensure all related operations is followed internal procedure or procedure is issued by Group

QA Management (2013-2014)

• Build up QA system for company
• Scheduling for QA internal audit, organize QA closing meeting with Department Heads and QA representative to show findings and seek corrective action and preventive action
• Final approve and update QA procedure into QA database
• Product quality management:
• Deploy and monitor corrective actions of product quality issue
• Manage product claim team
• Analysis, report, coordinate with Head of Group Quality, seeking supports for serious issue
• Analysis data, overview the quality trend and propose the solution to reduce the defective cost
• Conducted thorough accident investigations to identify root causes and prevent future occurrences.
