  • Company Overview: Office of Students Affairs (OSA) - Bangkok
  • Working as part of a team and supporting the Director of Office of Students Affairs, Responsible for all the academic activities (enrollment, examinations, grades, academic records) of Master students from School of Management (SOM) for day-to-day tasks in the Student Information System and responsible for checking requirements and providing support for graduating students
  • Interface with IT team to maintain the Student Information System;
  • Handle all matters related to Registry such as registration/enrollment of students, grades input, printing password slips and maintaining the academic records for the Master students from School of Management (SOM);
  • Liaise with other units on matters involving academic concerns of students;
  • Support Admission's activities such as Orientation and Registry activities such as Academic Senate (Review of Students) meetings and Graduation ceremonies
  • Prepare and print the degree certificates for all the graduating students;
  • Update regularly all the required information on Office of Students Affairs website and Student Information System;
  • Update and maintain course outlines/descriptions in the course catalog database;
  • Check the format of Thesis/Research/Internship/Project/Dissertation title pages and provide clearance for all the graduating students;
  • Check the internship/exchange applications through the portal regularly and provided the information to the Director;
  • Transfer credits for Master students who are going to the exchange program and coming from the exchange program;
  • Prepare Internship recommendation letters for the students who are going to apply Internship;
  • Check all the requirements of graduating SOM Master students (CGPA, credit requirements, etc.) and update information on the transcripts based on students' corrections and students' files;
  • Provide completion certificate for students who have already completed graduation requirements while waiting for the graduation ceremony;
